PRODUCT REPAIR
Precision Flow Field Service Group provides each customer with an orifice meter tube specialist to troubleshoot and repair equipment within and exceeding warranty coverage. We provide all replacement parts, for all orifice meter tube brands, and insure that all repairs meet the customers requiremets.
UPGRADES
In addition to repairing orifice meter tubes, we can provide the customer with an upgrade or refurbished meter tube. In those situations the customer can choose to go with a new or remanufactured meter tube to upgrade the existing meter tube to AGA 14.3 compliance. All Of our remanufactured or reconditioned orifice meter tubes carries the same guarentee as our new product lines.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Precision Flow products are guaranteed to be highly accurate and reliable. However, even the best equipment in the world is subject to its environment and extensive use, and will require regular maintenance. We can provide our customers with the right personnel to insure proper preventive maintenance, to help optimize performance, and to maintain accuracy.
METER TUBE INSPECTIONS/ RECERTIFICATION
Precision Flows highly trained orfice meter tube specialist can do a complete inspection of the meter tube to identify any internal damage or build-up problems. We can inspect and repair the meter tube walls, flow conditioner , fitting(primary measurement device) , and each section(upstream and downstream) on site. We will provide documentation of all the problems found and our suggested recommendations to reslove them. Upon completion we can recertify the orfice meter tube with required and available documentation.
